Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. But even if you can only give us an hour's notice, we would appreciate it as it saves our drivers an unnecessary drive.
We understand that sometimes your appointment gets delayed or there is an emergency and you are late for your scheduled pickup. Our drivers will wait 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for you. After that, we will send the next available driver to pick you up. We will not abandon you, but please understand that there are other clients waiting for us, and we need to keep our promise to them also.
